Kinder Kare follows a play-based curriculum that is designed to promote the holistic development of children. The curriculum is child-centric and focuses on providing a nurturing environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and learning through play. The program is designed to support children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development, and includes activities such as storytelling, music and movement, art and craft, outdoor play, and more. Additionally, Kinder Kare also offers a range of enrichment programs that are designed to further enhance children's learning and development.

Playtime is at the heart of Kinder Kare's learning philosophy, fostering creativity, imagination, and social skills. The curriculum includes ample playtime, both indoors and outdoors, where children engage in unstructured play and guided activities. Playtime helps children learn to communicate, negotiate, and collaborate with their peers, building essential social and emotional skills. Kinder Kare also offers skill development activities, targeting key areas such as language and communication, mathematics, art and creativity, physical development, social skills, and emotional intelligence.

Our teachers act as facilitators, guiding children through their learning journey and encouraging them to be active participants in the learning process. We create a safe and supportive atmosphere where children feel comfortable to express themselves, ask questions, and discover their own interests

SEAMLESS TRANSITION

We, Kinder Kare as a preschool take care of the transitioning of children from UKG (Upper Kindergarten) to the main stream school for Grade 1 as it is a significant step in a child's education.

We ensure the child has a seamless transition:
  • The teachers prepares the child and the parent by talking about the Grade 1 curriculum, new subjects, long school hours and timings which helps the child establish a routine which include wake up time, meals and bedtime to adapt to the school timetable.

  • The necessary academic skills like reading, writing, and basic math concepts that are typically expected in Grade 1 are taught and if there are gaps, the teacher suggests additional support or tutoring.

  • The importance of social skills, such as sharing, taking turns, and making friends. which are crucial for classroom interactions are emphasized.

  • The child is encouraged to be independent in tasks like dressing, packing their backpack, and using the restroom. Homework routine is established.

  • The parent is counselled to keep a positive attitude about the transition and encourage love for learning as each child is unique and the transition may vary for each child.

CULMINATION DAY
  • Children celebrate learning with joy

  • A remarkable finish to children’s learning by showcasing their talent, skill, intelligence.

  • Content gets transformed into various activities like role play, drama, music and dance, circle time and many more.

  • We help schools to successfully organize culminating day periodically.

PARENT ORIENTATION

The first day of school is not an event but an emotion for many parents. It is also a milestone for both the parents and the child.
We organize Parent Orientation sessions for parents, and grandparents, where we introduce them to our school supplies, books, teaching aids, toys, curriculum, teaching approaches, Holistic performance reports, and other areas that require their assistance and support.
We also support you with a parent handbook that features the nuances of an early childhood which will help parents to understand the “art of parenting”.
